Biography

Chi, KITC’s President and Chief Executive Officer, has been working in the Government Contracting industry for the past 15+ years. Chi has supported IT Contractors as an auditor, consultant, commercial banker, and active member of the Government Contracting community.

Chi started his career auditing technology companies at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He served six years as a Commercial Banker, with a focus on business development, underwriting, and financing IT contractors. From helping emerging contractors get their first lines of credit to structuring large M&A transactions, Chi has deep experience helping Government Contractors grow.

Chi has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a Bachelors of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. Chi is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia and continues to be an avid supporter and fan of The Virginia Cavaliers, Wahoowa!
